Content Policy

Version 1.0.0

Prohibited Content

  • Illegal activity, including content facilitating crime, violence or trafficking.
  • Hate speech, discrimination, threats, targeted harassment, or incitement against people or groups.
  • Fraud, scams, phishing, fake ticket sales, deceptive payment requests, or malware links.
  • Intellectual property infringement and unauthorized use of media or brand assets.
  • Privacy abuse, including doxxing, non-consensual personal data exposure, or impersonation.
  • Manipulative platform abuse such as spam, fake engagement, or deceptive metadata to mislead users.

Notice Requirements

Reports should include the content location (URL), reason the content is illegal or policy-violating, supporting context, and a reliable contact method for follow-up.

Submit reports through Report Content. Good-faith and accuracy confirmations are required in the report flow.

Review and Enforcement Actions

We triage notices based on legal risk, potential harm, and evidence quality. We may apply one or more actions: warning, visibility restriction, temporary posting restriction, content removal, account suspension, or account termination.

Repeat or high-severity violations can trigger accelerated enforcement.

Statements of Reasons and Appeals

When we take moderation action, we aim to provide an explanation of what rule was triggered and what action was applied.

Affected organizers can challenge decisions by replying to the moderation message with supporting evidence. Appeals are reviewed by a different reviewer when feasible.

Safeguards and Related Policies

We do not perform general monitoring of all user communications. We investigate specific notices, abuse signals, and legal obligations.

See our Terms of Use and Privacy Notice for platform and data rules.
